Authors

The Maryland MGMA Communications & External Relations Committee is responsible for the selection of articles to be published in both our Quick Read broadcast and MediNews newsletter. The topic and complete article must have importance and relevance to medical practice staff.

If you wish to be considered as an author, we ask that you submit your article no greater than two pages of text in length [approximately 1,400 words].  The submission must include:

1. A title
2. Author's name
3. Author's practice/company, title, and any certification
4. Brief biography with contact information
5. A clear and digital head shot
6. A signed Policy Statement

The article cannot be an explicit promotion of a company, product or service. An author will receive a complimentary copy of MediNews in which the article appears.

Submit the article, in word or similar format with the information listed above to our Administrator at Info@mgmamd.org.
